payment arrangements with 3rd parties such as banks,
collection agencies, solicitors
- In some
cases they can negotiate full and final settlements with banks,
collection agencies, solicitors
- In some
cases they can negotiate writing the debt off with banks, collection
agencies, solicitors
- Assisting
with applications to Court for Administration Orders and
Bankruptcy
- Assisting
clients with Court forms relating to money claims and County
Court Judgments
- Assisting, and in some
cases representing clients in relation to County Court
Possession and Eviction Proceedings, Charging Orders, Bankruptcy,
Individual Voluntary Arrangements and other Court proceedings in
relation to debt.
